Property Services in Gresham, OR

East wind, ice storms and big post-war yards drive most property work in Gresham.

Gresham gets weather that the west side of the metro simply doesn't. Cold air pours out of the Columbia Gorge in winter, and when it meets rain the result is freezing drizzle and silver thaw — limbs down, hedges flattened, gardens full of debris that has to be cleared before it kills the turf underneath. Summer brings the same wind dry and gritty instead.

Housing here is mostly post-war through to the nineties: ranches, split-levels and tract subdivisions off Division and Powell, on flat Missoula flood soils that hold water in winter and bake in August. Lots are generally wider than Portland's, with real lawns, long fence lines and mature deciduous street trees.

Out toward Powell Valley and Gresham Butte you still find old orchard and filbert plantings on oversized parcels, plus properties backing onto the Springwater Corridor where blackberry pushes in from the trail edge year after year.

Where we work in Gresham

What Gresham calls us for

Storm Cleanup

Gorge outflow ice storms regularly bring branches and hedging down across east county gardens and fences.

Landscape Maintenance

Larger flat lots mean substantial lawn, fence line and border work through a long Willamette Valley growing season.

Yard Debris Removal

Old orchard prunings and trailside blackberry generate volumes of green waste no household bin will take.
